Hi I’m Michael,

I live on a property that is surrounded by beautiful Australian bushland on the outskirts of Wollombi, a small town in NSW Australia, with my beautiful partner AJ and our dogs Sasha, Spirit and M’Bari.

Our lands were once walked upon by Darkinjung and Wonnaua tribes for thousands of years and we have remnants of their presence, physically in the form of the many water holes they created and used and spiritually in the forms of the animals that live on our land like Wombats, Echidnas, Kangaroos, Wallabies, lizards, snakes and many different varieties of birdlife, from the Black Cockatoos that follow the rain to find food, Brownie the Brown Dove that comes to find me no matter where I am at home to fill up the seed dish when it has run out,to the majestic Wedge Tailed Eagles that fly over head sometimes keeping an eye on things, truly magical beyond words.

It is a long way from my beginnings in Dandenong, a suburb of Melbourne in Victoria.

Being born in 1976 I was extremely lucky to have grown up in what I think is a pioneering age of pop culture, there were so many great movies, tv shows and cartoons airing at that time and they were a massive part of my childhood and bring back so many lovely memories, especially the cartoons and characters that were in them.

So here I will try to share my love of those cartoons and characters through recreations of screen caps that I have taken or found and give a bit of a description of the backstory on each one, if I can find anything.
